- Location: Downtown Anchorage Visitors Center. Your guide will brief you on the exciting day ahead.
- Scenic Drive to Matanuska Glacier:
- After pickup, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive through the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, surrounded by stunning mountain ranges and rolling hills.
- Arrive at Matanuska Glacier:
- Upon arrival, your guide will provide necessary safety gear and a briefing on the hike ahead.
- Sunset Glacier Hike:
- Set out for your guided hike across the glacier, exploring crevasses, ice caves, and frozen formations while soaking in the warm sunset colors reflecting off the ice.
- Return to Anchorage:

- Restroom Info: Restrooms will not be available for about an hour after boarding, so please use the facilities beforehand.
